3 DAYS EXPERIENCE TOUR FROM MARRAKECH - CHEGAGA DESERT

1st day: Marrakech – Zagora

MOROCCO EXPERIENCE TOUR will start in the morning, to climb the High Atlas mountains, passing by Tizi N-Tichka pass, to reach Pasha Glaoui Telouet Kasbah.Then, we will go to Ait Ben Haddou, crossing an ancient caravan trail, and the Ounila valley which is bounded by Berber villages. We will continue to Ouarzazate, visiting the Kasbah of storks and amused by the charming view over the Lake. We will stop for a short break when reaching Agdz, then 1660 meters above sea level path” Tizi N-Tinififft”, the track will lead us to Alkaid Ali Tamnougalte Kasbah, where we are going to have lunch in a traditional and beautiful restaurant . We will continue through the Draa Valley, palm trees, and Ksours until reaching Zagora at the end of the day, where we are going to have dinner and stay the night there..

2nd day: Zagora – Chegaga Desert

Our departure will start after breakfast; to Tamgroute, by visiting the Zaouia, the old Koranic library, the pottery makers, and an undergrounded Kasbah. We will continue to the oasis situated in the Tagounite Isfoul Ait M’hamed, and have lunch in a sacred oasis in the desert. Then, to the Chegaga dunes in which the sun shadows traces a beautiful scene, you will also have an amusing two hours ride on the camel, in order to enjoy yourself and explore the Sahara desert. At the end of the day; we will have dinner and spend an overnight at the nomad yurts.

3rd day: Chegaga – Marrakesh

Try to wake up early to see the morning sunrise shadows over the Sahara dunes. We will go to Zguit after breakfast, passing by nomads living in their tents, the Iriki Lake, and desert plateau of Akasia, as well as a picnic in an Oasis, to have lunch. We will continue to Ouarzazate via Taznakht town, then we will pass through the village of Ighrem. At the end of Morocco Experience Tour, we will reach Marrakesh at 5 pm; by crossing Tizi-N-Tichka in our road.
